Meet Becca Mahoney
Helping clients sell a home filled with memories, or find the right one for what’s next, is both a privilege and a responsibility I take seriously. I approach every transaction with steady guidance, careful attention to detail, and clear communication from start to finish. My goal is simple: to protect your interests, manage the complexities, and make the process feel thoughtful and well-handled.
I have guided buyers and sellers throughout the Denver metro area for over 11 years, with particular depth in south Denver, where Wellshire is home to me. Having lived in Denver since 1986, I offer not only market knowledge, but a long-standing connection to the community and its neighborhoods.
I earned my bachelor’s degree from Grinnell College before returning home to Denver to complete my MBA at the University of Denver. Prior to real estate, I spent many years in higher education administration designing executive leadership programs for professionals across the Denver area. That experience continues to shape how I serve my clients — with preparation, strategic thinking, strong organization, and a deep respect for the people I represent.
Real estate was a natural transition. I’ve always been drawn to the industry, but even more to the opportunity to guide clients through meaningful life transitions with care and competence. My clients know they can expect responsiveness, discretion, and personalized advocacy every step of the way.
Outside of work, you’ll find me on the tennis or pickleball court, spending time with my family and our dog Murphy, volunteering at the TJ High School Food Bank, serving on the board of Eastmoor Swim & Tennis Club, and enjoying Colorado’s outdoors.
